In the Book Of Hebrews 5:12, so Saith the LORD “For when the time you ought to be teachers, you have need that one teach you again which be the FIRST PRINCIPLES of the ORACLES of GOD; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat”
Therefore, what are the First Principles of the ORACLES of GOD ?? The answer(s) are found in the Holy Bible !
The reference to “milk” refers to those who don’t read, don’t know, don’t really care to know, a reference to spirtual immaturity, and are unable to process the WORD, needing to be instructed and coaxed constantly. (Holding their feet to the fire). They have to be taught repeatedly the fundamental Instructions of the Gospel when they should have been feasting on the solid food of advanced Biblical Truth and then teaching it to others.
Strong Meat is the profound and advanced teachings found in the HOLY BIBLE that are released to those who are infilled with the Anointing of the HOLY SPIRIT (1 John 2:27), who pursue with diligence, seeking the LORD our GOD daily.
We have to know and understand the Scriptures! In the Book of Mark 12:24 “Are you not in error because you do not know the Scriptures nor the Power of GOD?” Also in Hosea 4:6 “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, that you shall be no priests of MINE. Because you have forgotten the Law of thy GOD, I will also forget your children”
We must read our Holy Bibles, we have to Study the Scriptures and apply daily to our lives. There are powerful intimations that are enclosed within the WORD of GOD That the Holy Bible holds for us, We Must Know the Scriptures !
But the TRUTH can not be revealed unless you are infilled by the HOLY SPIRIT!! Acts 2:4, and verse 38. Many important Truths revealed in the Scriptures need to be understood and practiced to be a faithful disciple of JESUS CHRIST. We are supposed to listen, learn and apply daily to our lives.
Back to John 3:5…
There is much confusion when it comes to the HOLY SPIRIT. It is those who seek JESUS daily through prayer, spending the time to the reading of HIS WORD, living by Galatians 5:22, also John 4:22-23, and growing weekly in SPIRIT and in TRUTH. Separation from the World and the things of the World.
These are but a few. There should be a profound love in your Heart for all things JESUS, trying to please HIM, asking for forgiveness when, after self examination (2 Corinthians 13:5) you found you didn’t participate in a day filled with putting JESUS first, (Matthew 6:33) walking in boldness (Ephesians 6:19-20) and when called upon to do so, as a defender of the Gospel like Stephen (Acts 6:5-8:2)… if at some point, when Reading the HOLY BIBLE, you begin to see and feel that the Verses are starting to glow, where you can now start understanding what you are reading like never before…Hallelujah❗Thank you JESUS❗a Breakthrough❗❗❗
In Closing… True Faith, no fear or intrepidations.
Hebrews 11:6.. We have to pursue JESUS on HIS terms, not ours. Ask HIM what your purpose is, don’t be afraid. HE is waiting for you to ask !!
